Alternate Side of Street Parking
Ordinance # 72.03 (A) On all streets in the village from November 15 through April 1 between the hours of 12:01 A.M. and 6:00 A.M., vehicles parked on the even-numbered side of the street on even-numbered calendar dates and on the odd-numbered side of the street on odd-numbered calendar dates. This section shall apply only to those streets or portions of streets where parking in not prohibited and shall not apply to those streets where parking is permitted on one side only.

 

Ordinance # 72.02 (A) No Person shall park or leave standing any vehicle whether attended or unattended, for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours on any street in the village.

 

Snow and Ice Removal from Sidewalks
Ordinance # 91.38 (A) The owner or lessee of every lot or parcel of land in the Village abutting upon a sidewalk shall clear such sidewalk of all snow or ice within 24 hours after the end of the snowfall or icing condition. (B) If snow or ice is not removed from sidewalks, as required by sub. (A) above, the Village may remove or cause to be removed all such snow or ice and the person in charge of the premises from which the snow or ice was removed and so deposited shall be charged from the Village cost of such removal. If not paid within 30 days, such charge shall be placed on the tax roll, pursuant to 66.0627, Wis. Stats. (C) In addition to the cost of removal, any person violating this section shall be subject to the penalty as provided under Section 91.99.”
